What is The Lost Gate?
A boutique VIP lounge hidden inside the airport: private parlours, signature dining and real rest, far from the crowd. It is the third brand of The Cool Airport Company, alongside Wait N' Rest and Sleep Oasis.
How do I get in?
With the Founders Key membership, by a member's invitation, or with a very limited number of daily passes. The waitlist gets priority in every case.
Where and when does it open?
The first door appears at El Dorado, Bogotá, in the last quarter of 2026. San Francisco (SFO) follows in 2027. Further destinations are announced to the list only.
What does a visit include?
Common parlour or private room, table-served menu and bar, showers, nap suites and concierge. All inside the terminal, steps from your boarding gate.
